Russia vs Ukraine and the far-right

The far-right is divided pro-Putin vs pro-Ukraine ( the majority) and this is happening not only online; the travelling of FR foreigners to take part in the conflict has happened before and will continue now. An example of this division is given by the Rusich Battalion (pro-Putin).

The Rusich Battalion are Russian NS and white supremacists who have been leading the fight against what they considered the “Jewish dictator of Ukraine” president Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The RB main symbol is the kovlorat , which resemble the black sun.

From the Ukraine side , the most renowned group is the Azov Battalion who is recruiting "foreigners” at the time of writing

BUT there are also Russians an example is Artem Krasnolutsky and co, who are linked to the high profile Russian Neo-Nazi Maksim Martsinkevich (“Tesak” -Hatchet), who allegedly committed suicide in prison in Russia in 2020.
